Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-26 · Draft
These terms govern your use of Feedcaster. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Feedcaster.
The service
Feedcaster turns sources you choose (podcasts, feeds and similar) into short audio briefings on a schedule you set. Briefings are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions — they're a convenience, not a substitute for the original sources or professional advice.
Your account
You're responsible for the email you register and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to consent under your local law (at least 16 in much of the EU; 13 in the US).
Acceptable use
- Don't use Feedcaster unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't resell or redistribute generated briefings as your own work at scale.
Third-party sources & Spotify
Feedcaster reads publicly available feeds and, if you connect it, your Spotify library (read-only). Source content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms; Feedcaster summarizes it for your personal use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify, Apple, or the sources you select.
Your content & the briefings
Your settings and the briefings generated for you are yours to use personally. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to generate, store, and deliver your briefings via your private feed).
Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, Feedcaster is provided without warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the accuracy of generated content or third-party sources. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
Termination
You can stop using Feedcaster any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
